We accept a wide range of cargo including general freight, commercial goods, personal effects, and perishables (with appropriate packaging). Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Certain items are prohibited or restricted under IATA regulations and Cayman Islands customs rules, including some dangerous goods, controlled substances, and perishables without proper documentation. Contact us before shipping if you are unsure whether your cargo is accepted.
We operate daily scheduled flights between Miami and Grand Cayman. Subject to cut-off times and customs clearance, most shipments are delivered within one to two business days.
Yes, we accept certain dangerous goods in compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and Cayman Islands aviation requirements. All DG shipments must be declared in advance and properly packaged and labelled. Contact us for guidance before booking.
Basic carrier liability applies to all shipments. We strongly recommend arranging additional cargo insurance for high-value goods. Contact us for more information.
All cargo must be securely packaged to withstand air transport. We recommend using sturdy, sealed boxes or crates with contents properly cushioned. Fragile or oversized items should be flagged at the time of booking.
You can track your shipment in real time through the tracking portal on our website, powered by Magaya. You will need your shipment reference number, which is provided at the time of booking.
Yes. All cargo must be able to fit through our aircraft cargo door, which has a maximum opening of approximately 51 inches x 51 inches (1.30 m x 1.30 m). Items exceeding this size cannot be accepted. Standard pallets and loose-loaded cargo within these dimensions are welcome. If you are unsure whether your shipment will fit, please contact us before booking.
